a PetBar Fix
is a tiny addon that attempts to solve the issue of 'disappearing / stuck' default petbars
caused by addon tainting.
(although some people running vanilla wow also have this problem)

Typical situations where that happens is when any pet class (hunter / lock / mage)
or other classes where a petbar should appear (priests mc-ing etc)
try to summon/dismiss pets or take an action that would change the visibility of the petbar
while in combat.

The petbar will not appear/hide properly, leaving them with no means to use
their pet buttons with a mouse. (keybinds still work if present)

Thanks to my guild's hunters / locks that helped me test this.
